I have an AAC Cyclone on form 4 right now for my 6.5x47L with 25" barrel. I also have a 22-250 barrel at 22". I'm wondering if the muzzle flash/blast from the short barreled 22-250 is gonna effect the Cyclones life. I emailed AAC and got a generic responce saying as long as the diameter and case is smaller than 308 it should be okay. I just dont want to burn up baffles shooting it on the 22-250. Thanks for any help.
