If a non crimped bullet is pulled from a live round for being seated too deep, can it be re-seated or will it be to loose? Thanks!

most will agree to resize the neck again.thats if you have a neck sizeing die.but if you only have a FL die just remove the decapping/expander rod and run it back into the die.yeah its alot of work but will save the round from being out of spec with the rest.
but if its just one bullet needing pulled you may be OK to just load it back the way it is.but use it as a fouling shot or something.you should be able to tell if the neck tension is the same as the rest.
