Definitely a Texas Aggie and not a lick of sense. Here in New Mexico we Aggie's usually do our graduation pictures with black bears. They are so much more cuddly.

I had an opportunity one time to get in the cage with a very gentile and take mountain lion. I said hell fukin no I’m not getting in that cage. I’m not that damn stupid. I did pet him through the fence though.

Sorry Mcameron, that’s not balls. That’s pure stupidity or ignorance. Somebody along the line of her training has given her some very bad advice.
I petted a HUGE tiger through the fence once. That didn't bother me. Being stuck between momma bear and her two cubs on the side of Mt. Rainier at damn near 10,000' with the two cubs VERY interested in us, that did. Thank god it was on a switchback and they were perpendicular to it.
Fuck that noise though, she's IN the water with what looks like a BIG motherfucker and those damn things just don't think right. No way. It's looking at her like food too.

Preach it brosef. I've got great friends from TAMU and as a Longhorn myself wish nothing but the best for them in the SEC.

It's not that big of a deal. We'd go night swimming (and beer drinking) in the Bayous and be literally surrounded by curious gators. Our general rule was anything bigger than 8ft had the right of way and we'd leave the water. Bull alligators are totally different animals than their smaller versions and deserve massive respect in their own environment.
This isn't some cupcake that drove over to the refuge and walked up to Tex. She's been working with him for months and he knows where his bread is buttered. Yes, these things can go tragically wrong, but so can anything. With the dumb shit today's "kids" get into and post on social media, she seems like a young lady I'd happily drink a beer with, and would do it in the gator pond under their supervision.
