Question on AI action screws??

I installed some excellent thumbrests from samb300

I noticed one of the rifles had a loose rear action screw. The front was tight. I was about to just torque the rear screw.
But was wondering if I need to loosen the front and do them in an order or sequence??

Rifle is a Surgeon CSR in a AXaics chassis

Just tighten the rear since the front is tight.
