Question on Ammo

Morning guys- first post here, so pardon the newbie question. I'm looking at buying my first 50 (Barrett 99) in the next couple weeks and wanted to make sure the ammo is legal in my state, is there a source for that info? I googled it and came up with nothing. I appreciate it.

If your state will allow the rifle then it will allow the ammuntion.

The only state that I am aware of that actively restricted the .50BMG and the rifles that shoot it is Cali.
