Re: question on can paperwork

Call and ask if you circled "I do" on question #9 of the ATF form 4. Here is the number:

1-304-616-4500

I called on mine, was told that it went pending in late July (I sent everything in in June) and I finally got the call from my SOT dealer on Halloween day.

Re: question on can paperwork

THIS IS SUCH CRAP!!!

Sent my paperwork in in July. Went pending in August. Then nothing!

I serously want to know why this takes so freakin long!

And there are people in our country that want to give these guys control of our health care system. Are you kidding me?!?

If my NFA investigator calls me back, I'm gonna ask, who in his office is creating the log jam. We can start a letter writing campaign to get him or her fired and I'm not kidding!

If this takes more than a few more days I'm gonna call Senators Cornyn and Hutchison both.

I did an LLC but in my state you only pay $50 to set it up and you never have to pay anything again. In some states there is a fee of $25 or so every year the LLC is active.

Re: question on can paperwork

I like the LLC route because for a $25 fee I can fill out a form with the state and add/remove as many members (owners) as I want to. I do not recommend doing this on a regular basis but you can add family members and even close friends at will. Because there is no income in this LLC I don't even need to file a tax return.
