Questions on Hornady Die Sets for the 300 PRC

A friend of mine who is helping me with learning reloading (but is currently unavailable to ask) said I don't need the bushing die yet.. whatever the heck that is...

Thing is I can't tell why these are different and if one has a bushing...

I would buy the match set just for the better expander ball/decap rod design, and the micrometer seater.

The custom set is not bushing.

The match grade set is bushing type.
