Rifle Scopes Quick NF quesstion

on the 3-15 NF scopes, what power does the reticle (NPR1) range at? It's not marked on the scope, so can I assume it's at 10x? And the small hash marks at .5 MOA?

In the paperwork it is listed. The 15 and 22x scopes range on their highest power settings.
