Leupold and a few reasons for it. quality glass that is time proven. And if you do ever have an issue leupolds customer service is excellent. They get the scope in and take care of the problem and get it back to ya. Very fast turn around time for warranty work.

What do you need it for, there is a big differance between a 3x9 and a 8x32? If I had to choose I would say Leupy, but I dont know what your needs are.

I use a 2x7 to shoot little birds all of the time with my 22lr and it is perfect, so a 3x9 will be even better. Somedays I shoot over 100 count.

well guys i got the leupold mounted on my savage but the end of the scope is touching my barrel is that going to be a problem. The only time it is touching is when i have the screws completely tightened down?

I aint taking sides with swift as I have some real good glass
(Leupold,Nightforce,Premier ) But I had a buddy that had scope trouble and ask me to look at it . The first thing I saw was the dents in the tube and bell, looked like it had been used as a hammer. next thing I saw was the BROKE crosshair (no shit BROKE )
Most likely came from driving nails. I took this poor thing to the gun shop and told them It would not zero ( no shit ) the guy looked at it and handed me another one in the box, and said they had that type of warrenty. Bought one for my .308 on the spot.
had it for 15 years and no trouble. Is it a Leupold ?Hell no but it worked when I could not afford a high dollar scope and shot her out to 300 yds all day.I still have this scope in the gun room and folks ask why I have a Swift scope. Well That was all I could get back in the day and it did everything I asked it to do.
Would I trade my Premier for it HELL NO .But it was a useable scope for a poor boy learnin to shoot.
