Hey all. Ordered a solvent trap from QuietBore on Dec 1. Haven't heard anything back since. I sent an email asking for an update, still nothing. I'm guessing they're busy with the holidays. Anyone experiencing the same thing or have any extra info?

I sent email an about 5 days ago asking for a different thread pitch for the trap I bought. Nothing back.
First time I reached out to them back in July I got a response in 30 mins. I'm guessing the demand is slowing them down some, plus holidays.

Bought on cyber Monday. Emailed to ask when they might ship. Not heard a thing. At this rate, I’ll have the stamp before the trap.
Seems to be a bit hit and miss with communication. I ordered one, forgot to put what I wanted engraved on it. I emailed them and got a response almost immediately. Told the gentleman what I needed and he said he would get it added to the order.
Received the trap with no engraving. Emailed, waited a few days, nothing. Emailed again, its been a couple of days, nothing.

Yeah, I would be a lil pissed at that, esp if you paid for it. I emailed almost two weeks ago asking a question and still haven’t heard back.
Might check out another vendor for my next can.
I ordered 12/10 also.... with engraving. Now we’ll see if I get my solvent trap kit first - or the tax stamp to modify it first. In a perfect world - they both show up on the same day. We all know THATs not happening!
Update: Just got an email from Quietbore that my solvent trap is shipping today also. (12/19)

Got in in the mail yesterday. Took about 30 mins to finish it and if shoots great. The drill jig makes it almost idiot proof even with a cordless drill (didn’t need a drill press). Besides the lack of communication, which could be caused by the holidays, I totally recommend quiet bore. Great product
Submitted the form 1 on Nov 1, got approved Dec 1. Ordered from quiet bore Dec 1 and got it Dec 21
