Re: R&D Remington .260

Well I got to the range but it started pouring about 10 minutes in so all I got were 2-3 good groups but it shoot's bug holes at 100 all the way to 400 yds ....I found my soaked cardboard target but now I've misplaced my damn camera so once I find it, I'll post some groups...My best if I remember was a shot group at 375 that measured a little over an inch so it's shoot better than I thought it would....DM, Idk what it weights but I would guess 14 lbs...poff I shoot at Delaware SR, Black Wing and Big Darby Creek SR in West Jeff....

What's to think about? Do it. If you're gonna do a gun, you gotta try the .260 sometime. Might as well be now. Where non-mega magnums are concerned, it's the bees' knees.

Re: R&D Remington .260

What are you getting for velocites? I want to do a similar set up with the 22" barrel but a lot of what I've read it seems like most guys are recomending a 24-26 barrel. I plan on supressing it so I'd prefer something in the 20-22" range for barrel length that way it is a little more portable and handy. And I'd like to sure it for hunting too so weight is somwhat a reason too.

I love the way it looks and shoots.
