Knives Randall #8

Randall #8, 4 inch hunting knife. Probably late 80s vintage? Never used or sharpened. Let’s try 650 shipped ORBO. PayPal F&F, USPS MO, or most electronic payment methods.

One small mark on the blade, I’m told will buff out with some polishing compound and cotton wheel. I have not attempted to yet. It doesn’t bother me that bad.

Does the back edge of the knife, to the right of the mark on the side of the blade in the pic, have damage or just the way the camera took the picture? Does a fingernail catch on it?

No damage to back of blade. I can sneak out and get better pics in a bit

Fingernail didn’t catch, and ran a cloth over it with no snags. I’m almost certain the mark, whatever it is makes it look like that. Not sure if the attached pics help any, it’s hard to get the shiny small edge to focus

I cleaned a little of the black off the side, but not all. I was told it looked like it got stored on the sheath too long once upon a time. That was an older gentleman who is a Randall dealer I talk to at some gun shows from time to time.
