I want to eventually get a vectronix but need to save up for one. I currently have a leupold 1000 tbr and want to be able to range farther, preferrably 1k atleast. The bushnell 1 mile arc and laser technology trupulse l200 are closely priced and both fit that bill. The trupulse says out to 1750 non reflective which seems good but i havent heard much about either. Thanks

The trupulse says it will do 1750 meters on non reflective targets. If it will do 1200 I will be happy, just looking for experience with it.

Instead of the True Pulse why not get the G7 BR2 @ $1499.00 its about the same price, But the Leica will do about 1600-1700m+ the bushnell is a Hunting LRF as is the Leica But the others are Target/Tactical type LRFs, The Bushnell will do the range you want, The Leica is smaller and Very good with its smaller beam and don't forget that Leica and Vectronix partner up in making the Vectors etc, So that might be your best bet, the Terrapin has Gone to that Great Stock Room in the Sky So the PLRF5/10 etc are your other Choices.

Good Luck, John

The G7 BR2 is the True Pulse with ballistic software added. Same base platform. Both units have a fairly large beam divergence....much larger than Vectronix gear. I had a TP briefly, but wasn't impressed with the build quality vs the Vectronix. Returned it and now have a Vectronix PLRF 10C. I'd save your pennies for a used Vectronix unit. The Terrapin is awesome, but the data port on the 10C is nice to if you have the need for that.

I had a bushnell 1500 and recently got a terrapin and am completely satisfied.... If I was you I would save for the terrapin and you will not have to worry about buying another rangefinder.

Yeah I would love to get one But AT $5950.00 for a second hand PLRF 10 and $3391.50, for the Terrapin Kind of takes the fun out of it. for $3390 I can buy a lot of Leica's or 1 mile Arcs.
Or How about $81.60 For A MilDot Master,

Its great How the Gun dealers over here screw you over, and they are too much of a Horse's Ass to realize that they would sell a lot more if they were More Honest with their Pricing.

I got those Prices from the AI Dealers over here.

Even The Dalton Gang wore Masks when they Robbed people,

I've owned the BR2, and I own the Leica 1600b, and I own the terrapin.

If you don't want to pay for the terrapin because you are "getting robbed" then fine, but you get what you pay for. The terrapin outranges both of the other two - There is no comparison.

I agree, But in the US you can Buy it for around $2400 and here I have to pay $3400 or $6000 for the PLRF 10 (second Hand), That's 13 Bushnell Arcs In never going to Run out of spare parts at that rate,

Yes they are the Best ever Made, But other peoples Greed stops it from being a reality,

John
