What is the best range finder out to 1000yds and has the ability to measure angle. If you recomend one please tell me why.

Bushnell Elite 1600.
-Its inexpensive...$399 from Cabellas
-Mine ranged out to 1599 yds (on a large white water tank in the sun)
-It does angle
-Not too many features...the Leupy has a dozen features but wont range past 4-500 yds (at least the 3 I tried wouldnt).
