Rangemaster 750 Scale - AC Plug Requirements

My Rangemaster 750 Scale's AC plug has been mixed in with a bag of other similar plugs. I can not figure out the correct plug now. If you have this scale could you please post the transformer requirements that are listed on the plug. I dont want to cook the scale by using the improper plug.

Wish I could, but mine went bye-bye long ago. I have just been using the battery.
