Rifle Scopes Ranging with the Falcon

I cant find the article on here anymore, but I think I remember reading something about ranging problems with the Menace 5x25x50 FFP. Something about what magnification to range with. But if I just made it up in my head, does anybody know what magnification to range with? Thanks guys.

It is Front Focal Plane so you can range at any power

Thats what I thought but I wasnt sure. Thanks Jester8 for answering my stupid question. Come to think of it now, I think that article I was thinking of was about a SPF scope.
