Rifle Scopes Ranging

Hey all!
Im just getting into long range shooting. I currently have the NF NPR1 reticle. Im getting use to using the reticle in the scope. I was wondering if there is a website that gives accurate sizes of objects you may encounter in the field to help estimate distance? Such things are Stop Signs, Street signs, bill board signs etc. I know alot of these things are standarized in size through out america.
