Rifle Scopes Razor hd illumination issue

Just noticed my illumination only turns on setting 11. Anyone have this issue? Quick fixes? Love the scope minus this issue.

My advice is to call Vortex and they will help you out. I had the issue of the illumination turning off when I fired. They do have good customer service.

Yup, already brought it to their attention, just seeing if anyone else had this happen.

Not mine, no problem with illumination.

I had the same problem with mine. It was either bright as shit or invisible.
