Rifle Scopes Razor issue

I have a Gen II Razor. The wind age ZERO screw is locked up. Sudafed turret works fine though I just can’t zero the windage. Elevation zero turns freely.

Anyone have this issue before?

So to clarify, the internal windage scope adjustment underneath the cap wont move, after loosening the allen head screws, with the cap (adjustment knob) pushed down?

Don't know if this will help, or something is broken internally.

Are you sure the windage isn't maxed out?

Yup I would check if it’s maxed out first and then make sure all three set screws are loosened enough. Back then out a few turns. If the center screw will still not turn then give Vortex a call.

Yes. Won’t move either direction and Is within 3 inches of point of aim at 100 yds.

Yes. Even took them all the way out to make sure. This is my second razor so know how to operate them.

I had this issue as well. Received a like new replacement
