A few weeks ago on a Sunday night I was going to do some reloading and when I entered the charge weight, all the number buttons on the left side column entered the number of the adjacent button in the middle row. Tried several times, tried unplugging the unit and starting over a few times. No luck.
So I sent an email to RCBS that Sunday night explaining the problem and got an email response back the next day. They said if the unit was less than a year old to send it in. If it was more than a year old to send a check for $45 with it, and allow 2 weeks for it to get back to me. (mine is at least 2 years old)
So a week ago yesterday I sent it by UPS from work (I only live 50 miles from RCBS but it costs less to ship than the gas would cost).
Today at work UPS brings a box for me from RCBS. I thought GREAT, that was fast! And put the box in my vehicle. Got home from work tonight and opened the box. Imagine my surprise, RCBS did not repair my Chargemaster....
They sent me a <span style="font-weight: bold">BRAND NEW COMPLETE UNIT!</span>
That is outstanding customer service.
