I'm looking for a new powder dispenser. Which one is the best for the money? The RCBS is on sale, seems like a good option?

It is a good option, it does very well. Its reprogramable for faster speeds. You can do some simple mods to it and help it from throwing and overcharge.
Hornady is coming out with one.
Lyman has one out also.
