RCBS chargmaster versions

I am thinking of getting a chargmaster. there are 2 versions listed.the 98923 Chargemaster Combo (scale and dispenser) 110V
and 98924 Chargemaster Combo (scale and dispenser) 220V-EUR. I assume this is to do with the power supply and this is a consern as I live in Australia so could anybody explain this
