I'm looking at another set of dies.
Would you recommend the RCBS Competition 2-Die Set 308 Winchester???

I want something good!

The "premium" RCBS dies are, in my opinion, as good as their regular dies, and any other conventional dies, but no better.

The only threaded dies worth calling "BR" or "Competition" are the Forsters and Reddings. IMHO.

Redding competition Type-S set is the way to go.
For a bonus, take a look at the Hornady LnL bushing conversion kit for your single stage press.
It makes die changes a snap.

I have used the RCBS comp. dies for a LONG time. I love the micrometer seater and sliding bullet window. I ditched the FL sizer in favor of a ......Lee collet neck sizer. Lee might not get much love but I prefer Lee over RCBS (except the comp seating dies.
