Going to keep this short,

The toggle block on my press went tits up and was making my life miserable.

Took about 10 mins total and the part was in the mail for free.

I bent a decapper rod in a sizing die which was totally my fault. I explained to them what happened and they said no problem less than a week later they sent me two rods and five decapper pins at no charge. Best cs i have ever dealt with
