...? All my RCBS dies were bought before they made different models. They all came in the same kind of box and they all worked well for what they were intended to do.

Who says buy the A@Gm dies? What are you loading for?
I use standard RCBS dies with a small base FL sizer for an M1A. I use an RCBS neck sizer with a forster seater (soon to be upgraded to Redding S-type set) for bolt actions.
I have never had a problem with standard RCBS dies, and depending on what you are doing you might want to upgrade to GM style, but I would seriously think about using a bushing type neck sizer for more control over your finished rounds if you are going to be doing LR shooting with a precision bolt action.
