I don't know what cosmic force is aligned against me or if the ex-wife has decided to dig up the voodoo doll, but I suffered another small setback to my reloading stable. In addition to the busting of my Lee press a couple weeks ago, my RCBS Vibratory Cleaner "walked" off of the chest freezer in my garage (that it had previously tumbled 1000's of rounds sitting on with no problem). I contacted RCBS via their website, asking to buy a replacement lid. I was informed this morning that a replacement lid would be coming my way, free of charge. Wow, that's customer service and a company standing behind their product (despite the ignorance of it's user).

I wanted to spread the joy of being a RCBS owner.

They even support their users in Australia.
Yesterday I had a very positive experience with Charlie in RCBS customer service.
