Reactive - Auto reset target plans

Hi all,

i am new to the site i am from the UK

Does anyone happen to have any plans etc for a reactive target or electronic resetting target preferably the electronic type.

My friend and I would like to try an build one this weekend so hopefully someone may be able to help otherwise we might just have to make it up as we go along.

We are thinking about using a wiper motor to reset it has anyone ever used one for the job or will we need to source something else.

Sorry my first post is a want, but i am really stuck for ideas and i have been scouring the net for a few days now.

Wiper motor will do just fine as it has high torque (i use it for home made tumbler and pig roasting

), can be run from car battery (obviously

) and can have very simple remote controlled switch to operate...

If you learn how to properly drive the weapon you will be able to see your hits on steel no problem, even at 100 yards.

thanks for the responses, we had a go at making one today, we opted for a simple hanging plate due to time restraints but will definatly be having a go at making something more complex soon.

ps we are only just bout still armed we have to jump through hoops to get our weapons you guys have it easy over there

No reason for DIY, this costs about 130 euros:

Works with all calibers, small 1.2 Ah battery lasts forever. Our club has several of those.
Search YouTube, atleast one vid there.

Great link, and just whenever I thought I had read everything on the 6mmbr website.
