I decided to sell my chyna-foto tripod about a month back and upgrade to RRS tripod/anvil. My wife ordered directly from RRS as a Christmas gift. She called to check on the order last week stating it was a Christmas gift, and was told it would be a couple of weeks into Jan before the tripod was shipped. No big deal.
Well, RRS must have been listening because it was delivered very unexpectedly yesterday.

You guys are awesome! The tripod and head are awesome (BIG improvement over the chyna pod)! You guys didn't have to expedite the shipping but went way above and beyond.
