Realty scam? 🤷‍♂️

Zillow sucks. When I listed my house last year, they had the info all screwed up. Per Zillow my house was 500 SF smaller than any other website...and the tax appraiser's office. Also stated $600 plus monthly HOA fees. There wasn't an HOA. I'm sure it turned a few potential buyers away. Same thing happened the the guy across the street.

My realtor said that was pretty common and virtually impossible to get them to change it.

I am surprised that people still believe that many investors do not speculate in the real estate market. Guys, in this area, everyone is deceiving each other. Investors who want to earn are trying to earn as much money as possible. For example, I have heard that many people who have capital and knowledge in construction buy old houses and then make the cheapest but beautiful renovation there and then resell the house. And in this way they earn money! In fact, they are deceiving their buyer, right?! But these people don't care - the main thing for them is money.
