PRS Talk Rear admiral - rear support tripod

Any detailed feedback about using the Rear admiral bag for rear support tripod shooting?

I can clearly see the point. But together with the stock for me it is too wide to pinch the stock against the tripod leg with my offhand thumb. As a result it is kind of counterproductive as I end up having less control of the overall stability and fine tuning of the position.

What is the community feedback?

It's a great bag for tripod rear. Gives you a little better stability for tilt adjustment. Used just like the pic above, except mine is strapped to the stock for ease of use.

I use the support hand wrapped around the tripod leg with the stock and rear admiral resting on top of that support hand.
