Gunsmithing Rebarrel a Win. Mode 70 in 30 06?

What would it cost (ball park) to rebarrel my mod 70? I know cost of barrels vary but are we talking over 200 for a good aftermarket barrel?

yes, obermyer barrels run about 300. and most of the other cut rifle guys are a little more

Which kind of Model 70? Claw extractor or push feed? The claw may cost you extra but you'll be in it for about $600+ depending on the tube and smith. Then there is the "Well I might as well bed it and since it's at a smith install XYZ.........

Very hard to find a good barrel in the $200 price range.
