Sidearms & Scatterguns Recal for the Caracal C model

Has anyone been following what is going on with the Caracal C line of pistols? I have no idea what the problem is with the guns, but they say it can't be fixed and need to be returned for a full refund. I dont have one and had no intention of getting one, but something like that would destroy a company

Two caracal pistols have blasted from the center of slide in Pakistan. Hitting the shooters in forehead and near the eye, the first one had a really bad time as he was taken to hospital in unconcious condition and the second one had couple of stitches.
The others were lucky when they saw cracks in the slide and timely stopping before pain induces the harmony of sleep.
