Receivers that use flat picatinny bases

Hey all, I'm looking for a rifle that has a flat top receiver. I need to get a picatinny rail that is flat on the base. Pretty much ruled out alot of actions.

I'm doing a 77/22 project, and I plan to drill/tap the receiver and put a picatinny base on it, but I'm having hell finding a action that has a flat top receiver.

Any help?

EGW sells 7.65" and 16" Picatinny blanks. They don't have holes in them, but drill and countersink and you can set your own hole spacing.
Or Power Custom, but theirs don't have the cross slots cut as I recall.

The Marlin lever gun bases have a flat bottom as well if I recall correctly.

EGW is out of blanks. Boo hiss.

Marlin might be the ticket, i just need to see the hole spacing.

Brownell's carries rail blanks and base stock from Power Custom and and pre-cut Picatinny blanks (only in steel) from Moulds. They have the aluminum undrilled picatinny base blanks from Atlas Metal also.

Brownell's Unfinished Bases
