Gunsmithing Rechambering a barrel for a different action

If I have a brand new Bartlein barrel chambered for a Curtis custom Vector action... what would it take to chamber it for a defiance Deviant tactical... the XM length version.

the barrel is a 26” M40 contour.

is It even possible?

Probably. Is it worth it... probably not. By the time all of the man-hours and machining work is done you’d be better off just getting a new tube. Just my opinion... Keep that completed barreled action together and start anew.
