Range Report Recoil difference between 162gr and 180gr (7mm)

I am getting ready to re-barrel my 7mmWSM,I have shot nothing but 162 Amax's through it(1700+ rds.).I am considering shooting 180gr Bergers,for a little better down range pefromance.I was wondering how much increased recoil I would notice shooting the 180's with a brake,my only concern is being able to spot my shot's as well as I can with a 162.
