Gunsmithing Recoil lugs

What are guys go to recoil lugs for 700's? Looking for something precision ground, heavy duty, hardened, and has a hole in it for pinning. I see PTG has a great selection but Ive heard all kinds of things about PTG recently. Are they hardened?

I always thought that DD Ross was the standard, but thats not based on much experience. A couple of years ago he made the thickest and longest recoil lug that i knew of. As far as pinning goes i think thats something that just about any smith could tap and complete with any lug, but i could be wrong.

I have been buying from PTG. If the lug is in stock, you should get it pretty quick. They are hardened.

I use Holland's competition recoil lug. It has everything you're looking for: precision ground, 0.250" thick, hardened and has a hole for pinning.
