I have a McMillan A5 and A4 stock both with spacer pads and I was wondering if there are any pre-fit recoil pads that will fit the spacer system without having to trim one.

Since you kind of resolved your question ... thought I might somewhat hijack the thread for a related question.
Does anybody shoot with & have feedback on a McMillan A-series stock with the 2-way adjustable pad? I love the vertical adjustment on my TRG but have never seen one on a McM stock.
I live real close to McMillan and need to stop by for a Seekins bipod rail install anyways. Pricing for the butt plate is very affordable at $116 installed.
