Wuss. It doesn't even dent me . I've done 2 medium sized driving from FL to GA one day when I was pooped....did nothing except make me worry my teeth had been eaten way. LOL.

I like them even more now. I guess they won't be requiring Max Verstappen to kneel then unless he knelt in Hungary (missed that part of the race on purpose). They do a lot of cool sporting stuff and their historical aircraft collection is awesome (that DC-6 buzzed the Austrian GP, absolutely stunning).

Red bull is not bad, less than 1/2 a coffee of caffeine, b vitamins, and a bit of sugar. It's less than 2 mountain dews or cokes.

Now, some of that shit is nuts. 300+ milligrams of caffeine in a 16oz, but they sell it by the 32oz?

I can drink the entire pot of coffee and go win a match (genetics, my whole family is this way. I've drank coffee and took a nap), but I know some people that get jitters looking at coffee.


Listen to your body and do what works for you.

My daughter got me on Monster Zero Ultra ( no sugar) on a 2 thousand mile road trip.
Last 6 years my pre run ritual is mixing 1/2 a zero ultra ....8 oz , with 20 oz of Orange Powerade.
Eat a 1/2 piece of toast with raw honey too... Nice little wake up buzz ! I’ve averaged running between 1,800-2,000 miles per year since 1995 , so it works for me. No jits !!
