Already went round & round with my M1A from irons to Leupold 10X MKIII to ACOG 5.5 back to irons....irons it is for my NM but have been toying with the idea of an Aimpoint on my M1A bush rifle... already have an A.R.M.S. #18 unused but like that Ultimak rail... anyone here try a RDS both ways and have good/bad luck either way?

I had a SOCOM II that I mounted both an Aimpoint ML 3 and then an EoTech 552 on. I liked the Eotech 552 better because of the 1 MOA dot even though the battery life is shorter. I mounted it just in front of the receiver. Worked out well or me until the day I sold the weapon.
