The premium is just a normal die set (54) and a seating stem (44) and a carbide expander ball set (38) for a total of 136. That means you essentially get the carbide balls for free in either the 2 or 3 die kits.
Now, it’s the micrometer seater and not the competition seater that has the sliding sleeve. If you don’t care about that then the premium is a good value compared to outfitting them yourself. If you want the sliding stem feature like in the Redding comp and Forster dies the premium won’t have that.
