Redding Competition Seating Dies

I have read in many places that the Redding Competition Seating Dies are the best. I currently use a RCBS Competition seating die and am thinking about upgrading. But I was looking at the Redding catalog and there appears to a Category 1, Category 2, and Category 3. But I could not find the difference, other than cost, between the 3 anywhere. I did look.

Does anyone know the difference between the 3 Categories?
Exactly what does a Category 3 do for me that a Category 1 wont?

Are these the best seating dies?

Found the answer, its based on popularity. The more popular the die the lower the cost. 308 = catagory 1.

While I do think the Redding Comp die is a nicer unit, a Foerster micrometer seater works just as good at a lesser price.
