I am in no way shape or form involved with them, however, with all of this Covid shit going on I e-mailed them needing some de-capping pins and nobody was open around here where I could go get some. That all was explained to me and I understood and figured I would just wait til later to get what was needed.

Yesterday morning I got a catalog in the mail and inside of that was the pins I needed. I was very happy to say the least.
I use only Redding dies other than my 6.5 Creedmoor and the only reason for that is because they were out of stock at the time I needed to buy them.
Those people at Redding do a great job.
I could have been easily shuffled into the e-mail, not received, but I wasn't. I can't say that for others I am dealing with so it was indeed a breath of Fresh Air.
Good on you Redding, and were I able to talk to the person responsible I would happily buy them a beer or coffee or whatever they drink. FM

Especially amazing in view of them being under shut-down orders by the state. They will probably be seriously needing our orders when they reopen, hopefully soon!

I had figured that with this Covid shit I would just have to wait a spell to get what I needed. I could rob other dies and get by and that is what I did.
I had deleted the e-mail I received and will try to go back in the trash and find that. I am NOT good with computers.
Whoever that person is at Redding, I know they went out of their way to keep this Old Fart happy and I appreciate it.
Pride and Dedication I would guess and what more could you ask for.
I hope I can find that old e-mail and thank them properly.
Quite frankly, at the time I sent that initial e-mail, I wasn't thinking about how this shutdown was on them too.
They really came through. FM
