Rifle Scopes Redfield windage screws

I need a couple of windage screws for an older Redfield standard scope base. Brownells sells Leupold windage screws but they are listed as for Leupold only. If you can swap different manufactures standard style rings and bases, I don't see why they wouldn't work unless the threaded portion is different. Anyone know for sure or have a source for Redfield screws? Thanks.
