Ok guys, I've been lurking and reading for a while now. Name is Kevin. I live in the Baton Rouge Louisiana area. I'm a Navy veteran, and still train with a few LEO friends of mine. Been looking to getting into Long range shooting so I found the forum and started reading what you guys that do it on a regular basis have to say about it and pick up info/pointers. I'm running a custom built AR platform rifle for "battle distance" shooting, and recently built myself a Weatherby 7mm Rem Mag, using a Boyds stock, Timney trigger, and a Vortex 4-12x50 optic for my "getting started" rifle to shoot a little more distance and start learning.
