The S&B scopes have turrets that are 34 mm in diameter, and have 120 clicks in one complete turn.

The NXS scopes have turrets that are very close to 30 mm in diameter, so 100 clicks/turn is about the same spacing (about 5% larger). The clicks are going to be small like the S&B, there is no magic possible, but still very well defined if done properly.

I do wish they changed to larger diameter knobs, and better illumination control. But all in all, IMO 10 mils/turn is a step ahead.

I talked to Ken at Nightforce, and you will have to send in your scope to retrofit it with the new 20 MOA per turn turret. He said they have not figured out a price yet, and it should take about 4-6 weeks to complete the change out. I'll be sending him both of mine!

Barney, I believe there is one in Baton Rouge. I will find out later. But the Spotted Dog in Colombia La sells them and have been good with many of my friends. One bought a 55-22x56 for the lowest price I have seen. They usually keep 3 nxs's in stock.

Barney PM sent. You all should try SportOptics.com. Ask for Chris or Jay. They are a very large NF dealer along with all other major brands of high end optics. CS is great and good people!!

Aha... that was in the first post, but I didn't realize it. Mine is in MOA so it does 10 MOA per revolution, probably why I missed it.

    Thanks-

Guess, I'm going to be waiting on my new NF until mid-late July.
Glad I saw this, I'll be placing my order this week.
    Thanks Frank.
