I put together some of these with new lapua brass and cci primers. I found somewhere that said the spread on powder charge was 80 to 92 grains and I loaded them with 85 grains. I have a savage 110 ba and used these to start to break in the barrel. After fifty rounds I could keep 5 round groups at 100 yards with all rounds touching making one big hole usually. I didn't have any problems with my brass sticking in any way. I'm waiting to get a neck sizing die to reload them with to see how they do the second time around. I'm very new to reloading (only started last summer) so I don't know much. I'm going to a sniper school at the end of the month that has a 1000 yard range and hope to see how well this set up does. hope this helps.
I use RL-25 for my 338LM. I settled on it after using 4 other powders. My 300gr SMK load is 90gr with Fed 215 primers and Lapua brass. As always, start low and work up.
