Is your twist 1:10"?
RL17 should work pretty well. My .257 loves H4350 with both of your listed bullet weights as well as 100grs. However, the 87 and 100gr it prefers are Sierra.

Go with RL 19 I shoot a .257AI with a 85gr Nosler ballastic tip
with a 27" barrel with 56.5gr and get 3600fps..
