Redding Type S Match Full Length Die Set, 300 Win Mag
Mfr Part: 36153

I want to full length resize, but only bump the shoulder back .002, from my fired case size correct? Iv'e heard guys talk about case head separation from overworking the brass and want to avoid that. I also see they have a another die set: Which is best and why? Thanks fella's

I'd go with 36153, will allow you to adjust neck tension by swapping out bushing. FL will allow you to bump shoulder, neck die will only size neck and not touch shoulder or body. I'd also recommend you only bump shoulder 0.001" to 0.003", 0.020" is probably a typo as that will cause issues.

Redding body die will take care of the fl/ bumping. I'd use a bump / bushing die first that doesn't fl resize. The case will be fit for your chamber and I can almost guarantee better accuracy.
Forester makes a bump/ bushing die that's really good. I use it for 2 or 3 firings then when needed use the Redding body die to fl resize and then run it through the forester die again for neck tension. Pretty good system.

All you need for about 95$

If the money does not matter too much, i would go with the competition neck die set.
It does all you need as it consists of the comp bullet seater, body die and comp neck die.
You have a bit more adjustability with the comp set, and the ability to partially neck size the cases.

The type S FL die set will have one less die, so it saves a bit of time when sizing.

But the way i reload i prefer the two part solution if i'm using Redding dies,
i do set the final 0.001 nk tension on each case, just prior to drop the powder and seating the bullet, using imperial dry lube, wipe it off the outside the case after sizing, drop the powder and then seat the bullet on the arbor press, with dry lube in the case neck.
I have found it to give me the most consistent seating pressures, when doing it this way and runout is the same.
