I just got a Redding type-s die set for my .308 PTR-91. It seems that the brass gets really hard to go in right where the dent is caused from my ejection port. I was using imperial wax and also tried some frankford arsenal lube with no luck. Now I know these can be reloaded because I just got back a bunch of reloads from brass I sent to swammo. Also I had a hard time sizing a case that had already been sized by someone else. I was able to get one of the sized cases in the die completely but had a very hard time and could not do the second sized case I tried. I recently also had trouble with the same die set in 338 lapua but I am able to get the brass in the die in 3 steps. Perhaps could the press itself be faulty? Possibly the ram is not lined up correctly? Everything looks good though so I'm not sure whats going on.
