Just starting to reload 9mm. I have 115gr fmj bullets and titegroup powder. Anyone here reloading using those components.

TIA
Lance

Re: Reloading 9mm

I personaly havent reloaded for that combo yet, but a buddy of mine I shoot PPC with has been loading it for 50 yard ammo with good results. I cant find the article online but I seem to remember someone quoted this combo for their "accuracy load" .

Re: Reloading 9mm

I have never used titegroup but it's fine and popular for jacketed bullet loads.

Solo 1000, AA#5, and Power Pistol are my 9mm powders of choice.

Re: Reloading 9mm

6.0gr of Power Pistol is all I load for my 9s, loading 115gr Zeros

Re: Reloading 9mm

Alot of people run 4.2-4.4grs of TG under the 115. I prefer 147's with WSF.

Re: Reloading 9mm

I have run ~4.5grs with 115gr bullet. Titegroup is a very fine powder, meters very well, but leaves a lot of empty space in the case. Be VERY careful not to double charge, since a double charge will not overflow the case.
